Oil-Free Honey Mustard Dressing

Makes about ½ cup

½ cup Origin Earth Pot Set Yoghurt
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1½ tbsp cider vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1              Place yoghurt in a bowl and whisk until combined and creamy.

2              Add garlic powder, mustard, honey and vinegar and mix well to combine. Season to taste, with a good grind of salt and black pepper.

3              Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator to allow flavours to develop.

Note: Use Origin Earth Milk to adjust to desired consistency, if necessary.
