Yoghurt Caesar Salad Dressing

Makes about 1½ cups

1 x 300g tub Origin Earth Pot Set Yoghurt
1 small clove garlic, crushed
2 anchovy fillets, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup freshly grated Origin Earth Takenga Gold Vintage or Origin Earth Pecorino
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Place yoghurt, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oil, and cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Season to taste, with a good grind of salt and black pepper.

Note: Use Origin Earth Milk to adjust to desired consistency, if necessary.
